考試結果出來了...
 
可以拿到金色證書，只可惜還是沒到達自己覺得理想的分數，不知道是錯在哪裡了？？？
 
在考慮要不要花 600 去申請一張還沒很滿意的證書...
 
想一想，應該還有一本不錯的工具書，是 Toeic 官方發行的 (www.toeic.com.tw)，也許難易度更適中。

最近看了談話性節目，一個女星豁達的談她的人生，心胸開闊、自信開朗，讓我覺得她的人生實在快意。。
可是後來話題一轉，提到她一生下小孩先生就要跟她離婚，還有外遇等等問題，頓時畫面好像又變成黑白的。
周遭的很多朋友都這樣，能力不錯，優點很多，如果沒遇到感情的事，我想她們的人生都是順利的。聽到很多女人做生平回顧，怎麼覺得「感情」好像是她們彩色人生的一塊黑點點呢...
 
不知道為什麼，我覺得很多女人都是這樣的，常常在談感情的時候忽略了自己 (快累死了還在這裡寫心情，是一例)、忽略自己的朋友家人、忽略了很多很多...最嚴重的是，所有的情緒都已經被一個人牽引。
 
這世界上有很多事都會左右我們的情緒，看新聞也會不小心生氣或哭，面對在意的人，情緒起伏更可觀。情人的情緒相互牽動在所難免 (如果連這點都沒有，也不算情人，的，吧？) 但是別忘了，受到牽動的剎那情緒激動就算了，冷靜下來以後別再鑽牛角尖。任何人都給可以讓你不快樂，但是你可以選擇讓自己快樂的，不是嗎？
 
有些經典歌之所以經典不是沒有原因的...最近拿到好心同學 "燒" 來的音樂，有一首 The end of the world, 好久好久以前聽過，那時候不知道英文在唱什麼，只有 the end of the world 這幾個字聽得出來，所以就一直以為這是 "世界末日" 之類的歌 (是不是太蠢了 ^^" ), 沒有什麼感覺。

7/24 跑去考 Toeic，雖然不知道考來做什麼，還是去了...
考前讀完了幾本原文的 Toeic 考試用書，證明自己當初的判斷是正確的。
書是從去補習班補 Toeic 的同學那裡借來的，果然很快就切中重點。
 
不過這三套書難易不均，考前做的那一套 (Thomson...) 特別的難，心裡想如果考試也這麼難就慘了..原本 Golden 的目標可能達不到就算了，還可能不知道要跌到哪個區間。
 
實際考完的時候鬆了一口氣 (其實一邊考的時候就已經忍不住開心)，考題的難易度適中。之前做過的模擬題不下十套，大約就是其中六套的難度。少部分的難題不用說就是出自 "Thomson..." 那本書，現在想想，雖然這本書在當時打擊不少信心，但是為了追上很快的英文對話速度，不斷反覆的聽，最後竟然也抓到一點技巧...
 
 
結果還有十幾天才知道，希望沒有太大意外。

An ideal book for people who always choose to "give" rather than "take" Title: Things Will Get As Good As you Can Stand. (讓妳過好日子的 5 種生活態度) by Laura Doyle Concepts:  Be generous to accept help from others,                  don't  have to put everything on your shoulders.

I found some profound sentences in this novel, which could be extended to so many aspects in life, esp when you're as sensitive as I am. :) The following are two sentences that impressed me the most. After meeting the second person, then the third... guess I could offer more. Mitch Albom
*All endings are beginnings. We just don't know it at the time. (This comes from the  prelude, the author is trying to keep track of  the protagonist's life from his death.)
* Had he known his death was imminent, he might have gone somewhere else. Instead, he did what we all do.
   He went about his dull routine as if all the days in the world were still to come. (This describes the last few minutes of Eddie's life.)
